I just love it when a piece of art speaks to my heart.

Dear Friend,

If you are like me, you spend your days re-watching every episode of Once Upon a Time and getting trapped in a Youtube vortex of Ryan Gosling videos.

Then, when the sun has already gone down you come to your senses and realize that you have a plethora of uncompleted homework that you had every intention of doing because you lie to yourself that you are a good student.

These are some of my tips for staying awake:

1. In order to keep your eyes open take your grandmother's old perfume and use it to bring back memories of your dear old g-mama.  Particularly the time she was walking around her house in her birthday suit smoking a cigar.  That will make you want to never close your eyes again because the image is burned into the back of your eye lids.

2.  Something that also works for me is Amy Sedaris's Crafts for Poor People stretching techniques outlined in this picture.

I found that these proven and legitimate stretches focus the mind and improve the spiritual well being.  Spiritual well being is something very important when listening to the nasally southern man that teaches me math online that I wait until 2 a.m. to watch.

3.  The third way to pull a few all nighters before a big test is to just watch a few episodes of The Walking Dead

You'll never want sleep again.
